 DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time

  • Orders received before 12:30pm will be typically processed same day
  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days
  • All estimated delivery times are based on business days
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays
  • If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone

* For orders of $600.00 nett value (excluding freight and GST charges) is supplied free of freight charges.  SportMe & Co Pty Ltd reserves the right to choose the most economical &/or prompt courier service.  If you require your order to be despatched via an express service, please add a note to your order requesting this service and an invoice will be issued for the difference between the free chosen service and the express service requested.

 

Courier Companies

We use a combination of courier services including but not limited to Australia Post, TNT Road, StarTrack.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 6-24 hours.

 

PO Boxes / Parcel Lockers

We post to all addresses recognised by Australia Post and/or can be established on Google maps.  If your address is not recognised by either of these sources, your order will be delayed until we receive confirmation of your correct delivery address.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

SportMe & Co Pty Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

SportMe & Co Pty Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

International shipping is available and will be additional to your online order

International orders are shipped via DHL or TNT International. 

We can also arrange freight via your business transport account
